Dad chats with my sister on Christmas day. She hands the phone to me and his first question is "why didn't you go to church?" asking in an aggressive way like it's all my fault.
I told him we all woke up late. And he starts talking about how I "promised" (I put quotes because I didn't promise. He gave the order) to not be a bad influence on my sisters. They've suddenly been concerned about me being a bad influence since I let them know I was not religious🤦‍♀️.
All because I don't call myself Christian, the mostaw abiding student in his set at highschool is now a bad influence by their definition. Christians ar such hatefilled a******s.
Now, I don't usually go to church on Christmas day. Even a priest I stayed with for Christmas in 2016 (Beverly Harvey) didn't go to church on Christmas. Secondly, it's my sister who wanted t go to church and she failed to wake up. Even when the second one tried to wake her up. But I'm the one he's judging.
I didn't even sleep properly the night before.
So, parents have obviously distanced themselves from me even more because I told them the truth about my religion.
That's more reasons why they won't care if I died I guess.
